???DORM ROOM???

So I'm seriously about to give up. I have no idea what to do for my dorm room this year. I know I want Bob to build me a canopy bed and he said he would. But otherwise I'm lost. Originally I wanted to do colors that are similar to this:



But now I'm not having a very easy time with that. I'm just lost and can't figure it out. Any ideas??
